In the past 2o+ years, I’ve done a few of these network marketing companies and they all taught the same thing – make your list and call your family and friends, the 3 foot rule, hanging flyers, and attend meetings.
I reluctantly made my calls and got a lot of voicemails. When I finally got to talk to someone, all I got was questions and skepticism. It felt so unnatural and horrible.
So the next thing they taught was to approach total strangers. Yeah, this was going to be fun. This was so uncomfortable; I cringe every time I thought about doing it. Continue reading
