Google Keyword Tool For More Free Targeted Traffic

Google Keyword ToolDo you want more free targeted traffic to your site? Use the Google Keyword Tool.

What is it?

The Google Keyword Tool is basically something that helps you find the right keywords for your blog or website to optimize your site. It is useful for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes. Without the proper keywords, your blog is just floating out there in cyberspace where no one will see it.

When I say keywords, I really mean keyword phrase. It will be very rare or nearly impossible for you to use just a single keyword for your site because you will not have a chance to get a first page position in Google due to competition.

How do you use this tool?

Here are the steps:

1) Type your niche keyword(s) in the box.
2) You will either be given main keyword groups or just keywords to choose from. For keyword groups, click on each one to check if there are any keywords with a low competition and have between 10,000 and 50,000 searches per month. Choose just one keyword phrase from the choices given. You now have the right keyword phrase to optimize your site with.

So now what do you do with this keyword phrase that you have found?

First, make sure you have an SEO plugin for your WordPress blog. I use the All In One SEO Pack by Michael Torbert and its great. Second, place your keywords in the home page’s title and description for your blog. Third, place these keywords in the sidebar with a link to your site.

Use these keywords in your backlinks when leaving comments. Instead of just using your name, do this: name @ keywords. Blogs that have the KeywordLuv plugin can use that format effectively.
