Excellent WordPress Plugins To Have

wordpress_pluginsWhether you have just set up your new WordPress blog or have had it for a while, here is a list of my favorite plugins for WordPress that I would like to share with you. Hope you find these useful too.

All In One Favicon

What is a favicon? It is that little symbol that comes up on your browser page for that particular website. This makes your blog or site look professional.

All In One SEO Pack

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for your WordPress blog or site.

Reward your readers by automatically placing a link to their last blog post at the end of their comment. Encourage a community and discover new posts. The added bonus to this plugin is when you place a comment on a site that requires approval, your comment will be shown immediately without having to wait for the approval.

Digg Digg

Add a floating bar with share buttons to your blog. Just like Mashable!

FeedBurner FeedSmith Extend

This is a plugin originally authored by Steve Smith. It detects all ways to access your original WordPress feeds and redirects them to your FeedBurner feed. It is an enhanced version of the FeedBurner FeedSmith and now it can redirect feeds for category and tag also.

Growmap Anti Spambot Plugin

Very simple plugin that adds a client side generated checkbox to the comment form requesting that the user clicks it to prove they are not a spammer. Bots wont see it so their spam comment will be discarded.

Makes your website multilingual and available to the world using Google Translate.

NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster

This plugin is one of my favorites. It automatically publishes posts from your blog to multiple accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Delicious, Diigo, StumbleUpon, Plurk and others.

Pretty Link Lite

Shrink, track and share any URL on the Internet from your WordPress website! This is great for tracking all your links that you place on various websites.

Do you have any other plug-ins to share?

These are excellent plug ins to have! I do have them all. The best is CommentLuv! Life is so easy with that one.

To have a working blog, we must have these plug ins. I must admit, I don’t do it myself because I am technically challenged lol. I do hire someone to do it for me.

    Thanks for the heads up
